ATLANTA (WTXL) — Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp delivered his state of the state address Wednesday at the state capitol before the Georgia General Assembly.

Kemp, a Republican, secured reelection last November during the general election for a second and final four-year term as the governor of Georgia.
He was sworn in for his second term as governor on Jan. 12.
