ATLANTA (WTXL) - Georgia Gov. Nathan Deal is calling lawmakers to Atlanta on Tuesday to approve funding for those affected by Hurricane Michael.
Michael caused widespread damage in southwest Georgia.
The agriculture industry alone took an estimated $3 billion loss.
The special session is to provide emergency funding to state agencies and local governments.
