GADSDEN COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - Gadsden County has changed the county-wide curfew time for all residents and businesses.
The curfew has now been changed to 10:00 p.m. through 6:00 a.m.
GADSDEN COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - Gadsden County is still imposing a county-wide curfew for all residents and businesses.
Gadsden County Commission Chairperson Brenda Holt and Gadsden County Sheriff Morris Young said to ensure the safety of residents, they are continuing to enforce the mandatory curfew until further notice.
Due to downed power lines and road blocks due to debris, residents are to remain in place.
They also stated roads are not safe and emergency crews may not be able to respond quickly.
GADSDEN COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - Gadsden County has imposed a county-wide curfew for all residents and businesses.
Brenda Holt, Chairperson of the Gadsden County Board of County Commissioners and Gadsden County Sheriff Morris A. Young, have imposed a county-wide curfew for all businesses and residents that begin Wednesday at 1:00 p.m.
They said residents who have not evacuated the county or gone to a local shelter must find a safe place in their home for the duration of the storm.
Gadsden County officials will notify the public when the curfew is lifted. The restriction does not apply to any law enforcement officers, military personnel or emergency management staff assigned to hurricane disaster duties.
