TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - On FSU's campus the Women Student Union and Black Student Union hosted their first ever Spill the Tea, on Sunday.
The event invited every African American women's group on campus to come eat and more importantly talk about hot button issues facing America.
"It's a chance to speak among other black women, voice how you feel, maybe be around people who have the same feeling especially when you are on campus around people who don't look like you," said Sumaya Berhan Diversity and Outreach chair of BSU.
Organizers told WTXL they hope to make this discussion an annual event.
