FSU students robbed at gunpoint, police searching for suspects

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Florida State University police are looking for two men that robbed students at gunpoint, according to a crime alert issued by school officials.

The incident reportedly happened around 5:45 p.m. on Sunday, October 6. Two male suspects reportedly approached two male students near Roger's Hall. One suspect brandished a gun and demanded the students' property. The other suspect collected phones and wallets when the victims complied. The robbers then fled the scene, running across Tennessee Street until they were off campus.

Police say no injuries were reported. 

The suspects' description is as follows:

Suspect 1: Male, black, 19-20 years of age, approximately 6’00”, thin build, dark complexion, armed with a stainless steel semiautomatic pistol. The suspect was wearing a white tank top, black long cargo shorts, and a black skull cap.

Suspect 2, Male, black, 19-20 years of age, approximately 5’8”, stocky build, dark complexion, possible mustache/other facial hair, close-cut hair. The suspect was wearing a black t-shirt, black long cargo shorts, and black or brown work-type boots.
