TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A former Chaires Elementary School guidance counselor is back behind bars.
Kathgret Rentz, 28, is facing charges for an incident at a Tallahassee apartment complex pool in August of 2016.
Witnesses told police they saw Rentz hugging and kissing a child younger than 16.
Rentz was jailed earlier this week on charges of lewd and lascivious conduct toward a child.
Rentz pleaded "no contest."
She will have a sentencing hearing on June 12.
