JUPITER, Fla. (WTXL) - A South Florida Uber driver has been arrested after police say he threatened to kill a victim while giving her a ride home, forced her to drink his urine, and sexually battered her.

The Jupiter Police Department said that they arrested Gary Kitchings on Monday for kidnapping and sexual battery. They said that the incident happened on Sunday around 2 a.m. after the victim called Uber for a ride home.

During the victim's ride, Kitchings picked up two other women and dropped them off. After, he began flirting with the victim, trying several times to touch her despite the victim's resistance.

The probable cause document said that when the victim tried to jump out of the car, he told her that he had a gun and would kill her if she didn't do what he wanted.

Kitchings then kidnapped and sexually battered the victim while in the car and then again after arriving at the victim’s residence.

When he finally left the victim’s residence, the victim was able to call 911 and report the incident.
