TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A Tallahassee man has been arrested by the FDLE after they discovered he was sharing child pornography online.

Brannon Wolf, 30, was arrested and charged with possession of child pornography, possession of meth and possession of narcotic equipment.

In August, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement started an investigation into online child pornography distribution.

According to court documents, on Nov. 29, FDLE and the Leon County Sheriff’s Office searched Wolf’s apartment after learning that his IP address had been  used to share child pornography.

During the search, they found Wolf in possession of a glass pipe. Wolf told investigators he used the pipe to smoke meth. He also told them he had a small amount of meth in his bedroom, which investigators later discovered.

Wolf also admitted to downloading child pornography on his computer, saying that he was usually high when he downloads it. Documents say he stated that he normally deletes the files from his computer after viewing it to get rid of any evidence.

While on the scene, investigators conducted a preview search of Wolf’s computers and found files related to child pornography, but only one was recovered.

Wolf was arrested and transported to the Leon County Detention Center. If investigators recover additional child pornography files, more charges may be pending.
