2020 Election: Supervisor of Elections races in the Big Bend

LEON COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) — Candidates across the Big Bend will be vying to become the next Supervisor of Elections of their respective counties.

Here's a break down of the candidates:

JEFFERSON COUNTY:

Incumbent Marty Bishop (NPA) will go head-to-head against Jacqueline Seabrooks on Nov. 3.

Bishop was first elected as Supervisor of Elections in 2000.

MADISON COUNTY:

Health Driggers (R) will vie against Renetta Parrish (D) and Chris Norris to become the next Supervisor of Elections.

Griffin was first elected to the office in 1999 prior to seeking re-election.

LIBERTY COUNTY:

Shelly Shuler Stafford (D), Grant Conyers (R), Sharon Sumner (NPA), Sloan Geiger Fowler (NPA), Helene Michaels (NPA), and Mary Strickland (NPA) will all vie for the open Supervisor of Elections office.

The incumbent, Gina McDowell, is not seeking re-election.

JACKSON COUNTY:

Gail Ann Ward (NPA), Rico Williams (D) and Carol A. Dunaway (R) are all squaring off on Nov. 3.

Incumbent Slyvia Stephens is not seeking re-election.
