TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — The Tallahassee Police Department is investigating a shooting on Pontiac Drive that sent one person to the hospital.
TPD says officers responded to 3551 South Blair Stone Road in regards to a victim that had been shot around 2:52 p.m. Sunday afternoon.
Police say the victim had driven themselves to the location seeking assistance.
TFD says the victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries
During the investigation, officers determined the shooting took place in the 3100 block of Pontiac Drive.
This case has been assigned to investigators with TPD's Violent Crimes Unit.
