(WTXL) - The company Chic-a-Peas is recalling several Chic-a-Peas Baked Crunchy Chickpeas 2 oz. packages due to a possible listeria contamination.

The FDA says that there have been no reports of consumer illness, but they are recalling the product out of caution. They say a limited quantity of these items were distributed online and in retail stores nationwide. 

Chic-a-Peas issued the recall after their manufacturing company told them that listeria was found in the production environment and may have contaminated the product.

This announcement applies only to the Chic-a-Peas Baked Crunchy Chickpeas products listed below and does not include any other items outside the below lot codes:
