CHATTAHOOCHEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Chattahoochee city's manager, Thomas Carlisle, has accepted a new job in Tallahassee.

The Chattahoochee City Council spent the meeting debating on how to go about looking through applications.

The council also discussed some candidates that best fit the position and have decided on offering the job to Robert Presnell.

The council says they are also looking to find a permanent city attorney but will hold off on that decision until a later date.
