Bainbridge Traffic Stop Results in Four Drug Arrests

BAINBRIDGE, GA (WTXL) - Four people were arrested in Bainbridge Tuesday morning, after officers confiscated over a pound of marijuana at a traffic stop.

According to Bainbridge Public Safety, an officer pulled over a car near the intersection of Carter Street and Albany Road. That's when the officer discovered two bags of marijuana inside.

Officers say they then determined the location of where the drugs were sold. They went to the home on Lord Street, where they say they found two men, who took off running as soon as they saw authorities.

Officers say one of the men had a backpack that contained about a pound of marijuana and scales. The other man had two bags of marijuana on him. Both were captured.

Officers arrested the following people:

  • Barry Dean Crawford, of Bainbridge
    • Possession of a Controlled Substance
  • Jamison Lowell Taylor, of Attapulgus
    • Possession of a Controlled Substance With Intent to Distribute
    • Possession of a Controlled Substance With Intent to Distribute Within 1000 Feet of a Park or Housing Project
    • Obstruction of Officers
    • Probation Violation
    • Failure to Appear
  • John Henry Ware IV, of Bainbridge
    • Possession of a Controlled Substance
  • Aundrea Danielle Rhyme, of Bainbridge
    • Possession of a Controlled Substance With Intent to Distribute
    • Possession of a Controlled Substance With Intent to Distribute Within 1000 Feet of a Park or Housing Project
