AUSTIN, Texas (AP) —Disgraced cyclist Lance Armstrong is admitting he used performance-enhancing drugs to win the Tour de France.
Armstrong confessed to Oprah Winfrey during an interview taped Monday, that'll be broadcast Thursday on OWN, Winfrey's network.
Armstrong was stripped of his Tour de France titles after the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency accused him of masterminding a long-running doping scheme.
