TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A property management company says they have Tallahassee apartments available for immediate move-in to help those displaced by Hurricane Michael.
SPM Property Management made the announcement on Friday. They say there is housing available at five apartment communities in Tallahassee.
Each of these communities offer one, two, and three bedroom units with many leasing options available.
They say new applicants who sign a lease now will pay no rent until November 1. They will waive all application and reservation fees to ease the burden of relocation. If there is a need for a furnished apartment, they say they are able to provide that as well.
