If you shop at a warehouse club like Sam’s Club or Costco, you know that you can score some great deals and unique finds.
What you may not know, however, is that you can get more out of your membership than just 9-pound buckets of frosting and chicken sandwiches that taste like Chick-fil-A.
In fact, you can essentially get free money, as Sam’s Club offers savings on gift cards to more than 600 restaurants, movie theaters, experiences and more across the country. And beginning this month, you can get an even better deal than usual because many of the gift cards are now up to 25% off!
This means that a $50 gift card included in the 25%-off deal will actually cost you just $37.50, giving you $12.50 left over, which could get you an entire free meal at a restaurant or a movie ticket!
The best part? This isn’t a sale you need to rush to snap up right now — this is simply the new price of many of the gift cards sold at Sam’s Club!
According to a Sam’s Club representative, the company works with local and regional businesses, so every club has a different assortment of gift cards. That means you’ll find gift cards for nationwide places like Chuck E. Cheese, along with some gift cards for merchants that are more specific to where you live.
Just a few of the gift cards that will be 25% off going forward include Steak ‘n Shake, Build-a-Bear, Movietickets.com and Kristy Kreme.
If you don’t have a Sam’s Club membership, you can purchase one online. A standard club membership costs $45 per year, while a Plus membership is $100.
A Plus membership will get you cash rewards, free shipping and early shopping hours. You can actually cover the entire cost of the Plus membership with the purchase of four $100 gift cards at 25% off!
Will you be taking advantage of these gift card savings at Sam’s Club?
