TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)- The American Red Cross is opening shelters for those affected by tropical storm Andrea.
One is at Taylor county Elementary school and another on Green street in Perry.
Another one is located at Florida high in Tallahasssee. The doors are open at Florida high for those affected in Leon and Wakulla counties.
