TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - What you wear to work can often become an afterthought when life gets busy, but how do your clothes affect you in the workplace?

Carolyne Jones, Tallahassee Program Manager for Dress for Success, and Courtney Heidelberg, a Dress for Success Volunteer, joined us to talk about the importance of dressing for the workplace.

Some tips they talked about are being comfortable in your clothing, the importance of wearing clothes that fit and flatter, keeping clothes simple, why you want to make sure your clothes are clean and finally, dressing for the job you want.

You can see all of the tips by clicking on the thumbnail to the left.
