(WTXL) — Barbara DeVane and Jordan Scott from the Big Bend Labor Chapter joined WTXL Sunrise Tuesday morning to tell us about their upcoming Labor Day Picnic.
The Big Bend Labor Chapter will be celebrating Labor Day with an indoor picnic on Monday, September 2.
The picnic will be held at the American Legion Hall (229 Lake Ella Dr, Tallahassee, FL 32303) from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. with food, drinks, camaraderie, and more. The Labor Day Picnic will be a time to celebrate and remember all the strides the labor movement has made throughout history.
All union members and their families are welcome to attend for free.
