(WTXL) — Sheila Williams from the Tallahassee Community Redevelopment Agency joined WTXL Wednesday morning to tell us about The Frenchtown historical makers unveiling happening on Friday.
This is the culminating event of "Fall in Historic Frenchtown." Join the Tallahassee community for the unveiling of the Soul Voices: Frenchtown Historical Markers and walking trail.
Listen to oral histories of some of Frenchtown's most prominent residents, learn about the area's historic past.
Along the trail, take part in historic traditions—from Lawn Tea Parties to musical performances.
Be sure to complete the trail. The first 50 to do so will receive a "Fall in Historic Frenchtown" t-shirt. Also, the new Frenchtown banners will be on display.
