LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. (WTXL) – A piece of Disney history is up for auction on eBay.
ThemeParkConnection is auctioning an original Mark IV Monorail cab. The seller says this is an actual front cab, used in service at Walt Disney World from 1971 until 1989, when it was replaced by the Mark VI monorail vehicles.
With an asking price of $189,000, there are currently 11 offers.
The seller says the monorail cab comes with all of its original components attached, including all doors, control consoles and seating. They also say most cars and trains from the Mark IV monorails were destroyed, making this a rare find.
Also available for bid on eBay is an attraction ride vehicle from Monsters Inc. from Disney’s California Adventure theme park. Current price is $16,995.
