If you have some shopping to do as you prepare for that Super Bowl party, you may want to consider getting your snacks at Target, where they’re offering gift cards on grocery purchases.
Now through Feb. 1, the day before Super Bowl Sunday, you will get a $10 gift card when you spend $50 or more on food and beverages at Target. The deal works both in-store and online and the gift card can be used at a later date on anything at Target, not just groceries.
You will also get a $10 gift card if you spend another $40 on select household essentials using in-store order pickup, drive-up or same-day delivery shopped by Shipt through Feb. 1.
That means that if you combine the two deals, you’ll get $20 in gift cards! Keep in mind, however, that you’ll only get one gift card per qualifying purchase, so even if you spend $100 on groceries and $50 on household essentials, you’ll still just get $10 each, for a total of $20.
Don’t have your Super Bowl menu planned yet and aren’t sure what to buy at Target? No worries — we’ve got you covered! How about grabbing the ingredients for this jalapeno popper and egg roll appetizer or this recipe for bite-size chicken wonton tacos!
Speaking of chicken, another favorite, chicken wings, are also easier to make than you might think. This recipe for crispy baked parmesan garlic wings only takes five minutes to prep and this one only requires two extra ingredients — soy sauce and Coco-Cola!
You can even make wings in your slow cooker or pick up meatless wings at Target if you or a party guest don’t eat chicken.
Target also has another gift card offer not related to the Super Bowl, but still worth noting if you have a baby. For this one, you’ll get a $20 gift card if you spend $100 or more on select baby care items using in-store order pickup, drive-up or same-day delivery shopped by Shipt, also through Feb. 1.
Will you be taking a trip to Target to stock up on kitchen essentials?
