(ABC News) -- The much-talked about film "The Interview" is set for wider digital release.
Sony Pictures says deals have been struck with the big cable and satellite providers, including Comcast, Time Warner Cable and Direc-TV.
Sony had already struck deals with Internet players like Google to show the film online, after major theater chains opted not to release the film following hacker threats.
