MOULTRIE, GA (WTXL) -- A Moultrie mother is heartbroken after losing her son in a weekend house fire. Jordan Croft and four other people lost their lives inside a home on Rossman Dairy Road.
Laurie Croft says Jordan was a caring individual who would do anything for the ones he loved.
"He would help anybody... would give you the shirt on his back", Laurie says.
The Colquitt County High School community is also touched by the legacy that Jordan and his friends leave behind.
"They were good kids and it's a tough loss for our community", Stephanie Terrell, Principal of CCHS.
While Croft's mother says she's not sure whether or not the fire was intentionally set, but she says she's committed to finding out what happened.
"I won't stop, I have to be their voice," Croft said.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is still working to identify the cause of the fire.
