TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Friday, January 17, the United Way of the Big Bend will host a return of the popular Friday night Downtown GetDown event titled: A Special Championship GetDown. Everyone is invited to help celebrate FSU's National Championship and show support for the Seminoles.
The GetDown will take place this Friday from 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. in the Adams Street Commons. The event will feature a beer station, kids activities, fire jugglers and a performance by one of Tallahassee’s favorites, the Royce Lovett Band, on the main stage!
Now in its sixteenth season, the Downtown GetDown series brings together the best local food vendors, favorite local musicians and activities for kids of all ages.
