CMT touring artist Eric Durrance formed the Tobacco Rd Band in 2010. The Tallahassee 4 piece band is made up of singer/songwriter Eric Durance, guitar player Lex Vance, bass player Aaron Halford, and drummer Joe Markham.

Front man Eric Durrance who opened for Jason Aldean and Lady Antebellum on the 2008 CMT tour has returned to his roots in Tallahassee Florida where he has formed what he calls the dream team. "These are some of the best musicians that I have had the privilege to share the stage with" Eric says.

Eric also co-wrote the top 10 hit Eight Second Ride recorded by country singer Jake Owen. The success of the song has opened many doors for Tobacco Rd and continues to be a favorite in their set list.

1031 The Wolf in Tallahassee and Xm satellite radio channel Nashville 11 has also embraced there sound by playing 3 songs of there debut cd "Coming back Around".

Tobacco Rd has played shows with Jake Owen and Brantley Gilbert and has headlined their own shows on countless stages in the Big Bend area.
