Four Concerts Rocking the Stage at Cascades Park this Spring

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) --  The Capital City Amphitheater in Cascades Park has some big names coming to its stage - and it all starts this weekend!

The Leon County Division of Tourism Development and Visit Tallahassee are teaming up to bring four major acts to town: O.A.R., Dawes, Jason Isbell and Boz Scaggs.

They're all part of the Spring Concert Series at Capital City Amphitheater.

City leaders consider Cascades Park as the crowning jewel of Tallahassee, and these shows get to show it took to thousands at a time.

The Capital City Amphitheater is a 3,500-seat outdoor venue in the middle of the park.

Organizers say these concerts are a fun opportunity for locals to see some big acts, but also bring in important tourism to the area.

On the schedule this spring:

Saturday, February  27: O.A.R. 

Friday, April 8: Dawes

Saturday, April 9: Jason Isbell April 9

Friday, April 22: Boz Scaggs

All shows are rain or shine at the Capital City Amphitheater in Cascades Park (1001 S. Gadsden Street).

Ticket are still available. Prices vary by show: O.A.R. ($31 - $43); Dawes ($14-$25); Jason Isbell ($32 - $47); Boz Scaggs ($36 - $48).
