While chocolate and Teddy bears are nice and all, if your favorite thing about Valentine’s Day is themed drinks, Chili’s latest $5 margarita of the month is going to set your February on fire.
Their new Hearts on Fire ‘Rita combines Maker’s Mark bourbon, Fireball Cinnamon Whisky, Lunazul Blanco tequila, grenadine and Chili’s sour mix, and is available all month long.
While Chili’s doesn’t say what flavors we can expect in next month’s $5 margarita of the month, we do know there will be 10 more to look forward to in 2020. They posted a small tease on their website, saying customers will get to try cherry and peach margaritas, as well as Deep Eddy Vodka and 1800 Tequila in a $5 ‘rita.
Their January margarita of the month was a Patron margarita, made with premium Patron Silver tequila, triple sec and their fresh sour mix, which is made in-house every day.
Chili’s will also be introducing another margarita on Feb. 17, but this one will be permanent, so it will be around after February. A representative told Don’t Waste Your Money that this new Frosé ‘Rita will be made with Svedka vodka, strawberry purée and rosé, and rimmed with citrus sugar. It will cost $8.
Chili’s isn’t the only chain with a new drink of the month.
Applebee’s $1 drink of the month for February is perfect for this romantic season because it’s pink!
Their new vodka strawberry lemonade comes in a 10-ounce mug and is made with vodka, strawberry and lemonade, obviously. You can get it at Applebee’s for $1 all month long, so you have plenty of time to grab one.
Meanwhile, Dunkin’ has pink coffees you can get all February long, too.
The new Pink Velvet signature latte comes hot or iced and features espresso with red velvet cake flavor, topped with whipped cream, a mocha drizzle and hot chocolate powder.
The Pink Velvet macchiato combines espresso with red velvet cake flavor and hints of cream cheese icing. When served iced, it creates a colorful pink ombre look.
