Free GED Practice Tests

More than 9% of all adults in Leon County over the age of 25 do not have a high school diploma.

Leon County School's Adult & Community Education (ACE) is hoping to change that by offering free GED practice tests for anyone 16 and older who is not currently enrolled in high school. People who pass the GED earn a Florida High School Diploma issued by the Florida Department of Education.

ACE says this will help people who would like to earn a high school diploma see just how close they may be. Teachers will grade their tests while they wait and provide scores and information on what they need to pass the GED.

Testing will be offered on Saturday, February 16, 2013 from 9:45 a.m. to 4 p.m. with the last test starting at 3 p.m.

No registration is necessary. Interested persons should come to the main campus for Adult & Community Education, located at 283 Trojan Trail.

For more information, call 850-922-5343 or visit the school's website at www.ace-leon.org.
