MIDWAY, Fl. (WTXL) -- A moist air mass will continue to stay overhead, prompting more afternoon showers and storms through the end of the work week. Rain chances taper off slightly for the weekend, but showers and storms will be possible each day.

Wednesday through Saturday: With little overall change in the forecast, decent amounts of atmospheric moisture will help raise rain coverage to 50-60% each and every day. Expect morning lows in the lower 70s, with highs in the mid to upper 80s.

Your Beach and Boating forecast for Wednesday, as well as your Tide Times, are available below:

Sunday through Tuesday: High pressure out west may re-intensify over the Big Bend and South Georgia by the late weekend. This will likely help drop rain coverage slightly (40% each day), with morning lows in the lower 70s and highs in the upper 80s to lower 90s.

You can catch the forecast on WTXL Sunrise starting at 5:00, as well as WTXL Midday at Noon. Chief Meteorologist Casanova Nurse has your forecast at 5:00, 5:30, 6:00, and 11:00 this evening.
