BAINBRIDGE, Ga. (WTXL) - School may be out, but signings are still going strong.
Monday in Bainbridge, track standout Jaylyn Scott signed with Florida A&M Scott had quite the high school career, winning the 300 hurdles at State this year.
He said to have the support of his family and friends at his signing was everything.
"It feels good. I know they're proud of me and it feels good to have them watching," he said. "It's close to the hometown and to have a good relationship with the coaches. I'm ready to run in the MEAC!"
Scott said he wan't to study Communications at FAMU and go into broadcasting.
