TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A Tallahassee man has been taken into custody in Memphis, Tennessee in connection to a fatal shooting.
Police were called to 132 Dixie Drive just after 2 a.m. Tuesday where they found a victim shot with life threatening injuries.
That person, identified as Devin Landers, was sent to a local hospital where he later died.
Lapadre Sharpe, 24, was taken into custody in Memphis, Tennessee Thursday evening after an exhaustive search by the US Marshals.
Sharpe is being charged with premeditated murder, armed burglary, and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
