DONALSONVILLE, Ga. (WTXL) - Troopers say three people are dead after a head-on crash in Donalsonville.

The Georgia State Patrol says the crash happened Tuesday morning around 11:53 a.m. on GA 91 near GradyCobb Road and the Miller County line.

They say Kenneth Scarborough, 62, of Columbus, was traveling north on GA 91 in a 1999 GMC Sierra when he crossed the center line for unknown reasons and hit an oncoming 2019 Kia Soul head-on.

Scarborough and the driver of the other car, Paul Dukes, 74, of Damascus, were pronounced dead at the scene.

A passenger in Dukes' Kia Soul, 75-year-old Annie Price of Colquitt, was airlifted to a hospital with serious injuries. Price later died from her injuries.

The Georgia Department of Transportation reported that the crash blocked both lanes for approximately two hours before being cleared.
