LEON COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - Three Orlando men were arrested in Tallahassee after running a fraudulent return scam at a local Walmart.

John Mobley Sr., 56, Reginald Dugger, 37, and Trent Tucker, 34, were arrested by the Leon County Sheriff's Office.

On Tuesday, deputies responded to Walmart on Lagniappe Way in response to a theft.

Walmart employees told deputies they saw the suspects take three home arcade games, totaling $897, without paying and then leave the store.

LCSO said the suspects first bought the items with cash and loaded them into a vehicle in the parking lot. One of the suspects then went back into the store, selected three of the exact same items and left the store without paying for them.

According to LCSO that suspect used the receipt from the previous transaction as proof he had bought the items.

Walmart employees called deputies back the next day after seeing the suspects return. The suspects then purchased a television and two gaming systems with cash.

When they left the store this time, staff had been told to mark the receipt so it could not be reused.

One of the suspects then took the items back into the store to try and return them for cash.

Based on the evidence, all three were arrested at the store and are facing charges of grand theft of more than $300 but less than $5,000 and organized scheme to defraud.
