THOMAS COUNTY, Ga. (WTXL) - Thomas County officials working multiple cases of sex crimes involving children have made three arrests.
Ochlocknee resident Scottie Ansley was taken into custody. Thomas County deputies say Ansley touched a young victim inappropriately, and then tried to pay the victim to touch him.
Ansley has been charged with child molestation.
Deputies also arrested Micheal Burns for possession of child pornography.
Deputies say burns loaned someone his computer.
They found two different video files on it, both of which involved children.
Burns is charged with sexual exploitation of children.
Marquez Scott was arrested after deputies say he was communicating with a 12-year-old girl over text message and sending inappropriate pictures to the girl.
Scott is charged with obscene phone contact with a child.
