TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A Tallahassee woman is accused of public assistance fraud for failing to disclose her receipt of child support payments.

Alexia Dionne Johnson, 36, was booked into the Leon County jail on Friday, according to an affidavit of complaint.

On three occasions from March 2015 through October 2016, she failed to report she was receiving court-disbursed child support payments.

The payments were from three men during parts of the times she received public assistance, the investigator with the Florida Department of Financial Services wrote.

The child support payments she should not have received totaled $3,487.
