TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Tallahassee Police Department is investigating a bank robbery.
They said that it happened around 3:15 this afternoon at the SunTrust Bank on South Monroe Street. According to witnesses, the suspect came into the business and implied he had a weapon.
Officials say no one was hurt but the suspects did make off with an undisclosed amount of money.
The suspect was described as an older white male, wearing a baseball style ball cap with gray hair. He also had on a long sleeved camouflage shirt with orange on it.
TPD investigators have also located two possible suspect vehicle pictures from security camera’s in the area. The vehicle appears to be a smaller model extended cab pickup truck, dark in color with a silver or gray tool box in the back.
