LEON COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - Another FSU fraternity member has been arrested on drug charges on Tuesday, November 7.
The Florida State Police Department arrested 22 year-old, Daniel Charles Martin, a member of the Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity. This is the same fraternity Andrew Coffey was pledging before his death.
FSUPD organized a controlled purchase of cocaine utilizing a confidential informant. Reports say during the controlled purchase under 28 grams of cocaine was sold.
Immediately after the transaction, the cocaine was turned over to investigators. Investigators were able to issue a warrant for Martin's arrest for the sell of cocaine.
Martin has bonded out of the Leon County Jail.
