Roughly 10,000 customers affected by power outages

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The City of Tallahassee says that roughly 10,000 customers are being impacted by outages all over the city.

After speaking to COT officials, WTXL ABC 27 learned that roughly 10,000 people were affected by outages. 

According to the city's outage map, as of 2:45 p.m., there are 64 outages affecting 181 customers. 

The City of Tallahassee says that crews have begun restoring power to some affected areas:

Most of the outages are based in the West 10 area and there has been reports that streetlights are out at certain intersections on West Tennessee Street. 

There are also outages being reported along West 7th Avenue near Thomasville Road.
