TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- The March of Dimes annual March for Babies is coming to Tallahassee on Saturday, April 27.
The event will begin at 9 a.m. at Tom Brown Park. Dozens of people are expected to show up, walk, and raise money for the March of Dimes.The funds will supports community programs aimed at helping moms have healthy, full-term pregnancies.
March for Babies events have been taking place across the country for more than 40 years. The March of Dimes is also celebrating its 75th anniversary this year.
