TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - Police are investigating a Sunday crash that killed one man in Tallahassee.
The Tallahassee Police Department says David Walter died from injuries sustained in the crash at an area hospital.
The crash happened around 1:30 p.m. on North Monroe Street near the Centre of Tallahassee, says police.
A blue Hyundai was traveling southbound near the Centre's entrance, according to the department, while a silver Honda was going north.
Police say the Hyundai slowed to cross into the entrance and was hit by the Honda.
Two people in the Honda were taken to the hospital for minor injuries, one of which police say was an infant with a bloody nose.
The Hyundai carried three people, one of which was Walter. Police say the other two individuals only suffered from minor injuries.
Police are asking any witnesses to contact them at (850) 891-4200. They say they are working with the State Medical Examiner to determine the cause of death.
The Traffic Homicide Division is investigating the crash.
