TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A man has been arrested for setting his underwear on fire in a Starbucks bathroom.

A barista told police that on Tuesday she had saw the suspect, Randall Sullivan, go into the bathroom, noting that he stayed there for a "long time". After a while, the barista smelled what she thought was the oven. When she went to check on the suspect, she asked him if he left the mess on the bathroom floor at the 608 west Tennessee Street location.

She checked the floor and saw a lot of smoke and a pair of underwear burning. Police said that a customer stopped Sullivan and alerted some officers that were already in the parking lot. The barista told police that she did not see anyone else go into the restroom.

Once police searched him, they found a lighter in his pocket.

Sullivan has been charged with arson.

They said that they also confirmed that he was also connected to another arson incident on Dec. 27th at 1955 West Pensacola Street.
