TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A Tallahassee man has been charged with indecent exposure after deputies say he was caught touching himself in the middle of the street.
According to court documents, on Oct.21, deputies responded to a call in reference to a man being naked in the street.
When Leon County deputies arrived on the scene, witnesses told them that the man had gone inside his home across the street.
Witnesses told deputies the man was standing in front of his home naked and when he noticed pictures were being taken of him, he then walked to the street and began touching himself.
Documents say the man was identified as 49-year-old Stephen Danna, Jr.
Deputies attempted to contact Danna at his home but no one responded when they knocked on the door numerous times.
Near Danna's front door, documents say deputies noticed a large pool of urine and more wet spots in the street close by the home.
Deputies left the scene and continued to try and contact Danna for weeks.
Court documents say on Tuesday, deputies arrested Danna at his home and transported him to the Leon County Detention Facility. He is facing charges on indecent exposure in public.
Danna since has bonded out.
