The husband of the former model who was found dead in her pool has been arrested, but not in connection with her death.
Adam Frasch was originally charged with breaking a custody agreement but was released from jail. However, Thursday afternoon he was taken back into custody for violating the terms of his release.
Thursday afternoon the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Inspector General served a search warrant on Frasch's office in Thomasville. The search warrant was in regards to medicare fraud allegations against the podiatrist.
Officers said they found 3 firearms at the office and a warrant was issued for Frasch.
Leon County deputies took Frasch into custody and he is currently at the Leon County Jail.
