LEON COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - The Leon County Sheriff's Office is looking for a man who stole several packs of cigarettes from Walmart.
On Dec. 10, a man entered Walmart on North Monroe Street and filled a shopping basket with several packs of cigarettes.
Deputies said when an employee tried to talk to him, he went into a bathroom with the shopping basket and left the store without the basket.
When employees went to go check the bathroom, they found several empty cartons of cigarettes.
Two days later, the same suspect went into the Walmart on N. Monroe Street again and tried to get several more packs of cigarettes, but employees were able to intervene and tried to deter him.
Deputies stated the suspect left the store prior to their arrival in a gray four door sedan.
The total value stolen was $267.20.
