TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A Chattahoochee man has been arrested, accused of molesting a young child in Tallahassee on multiple occasions.

Addrain McMillan, 31, has been arrested and charged with two counts of lewd or lascivious molestation (victim under 12) and lewd or lascivious conduct.

According to court documents, the Leon County Sheriff's Office was alerted about the incident by the child's mother on March 4. On March 15, investigators interviewed the now 12-year-old victim.

Sometime after Christmas 2017 while the victim was still 11 years old, McMillian came to stay in the same home for a few days.

Documents say the first night he came to stay, the victim awoke to McMillan molesting him.

In a second incident on March 3, the victim said McMillian again inappropriately touched the victim. This time he asked if he could touch the victim. The victim stated, "No" and McMillian replied "Sorry," before leaving the victim alone.

The next morning, McMillian and all his belongings were gone. Later that morning, the victim told his mother what had happened.

Investigators say that in text messages between the victim's mother and McMillan, McMillan denied touching the victim.

After unsuccessful attempts to contact McMillan, a warrant was issued for his arrest on March 28. He was taken into custody on Friday.

McMillan remains in jail on a$125,000 bond.

We wrote about McMillan on April 6 after he was arrested by the Gadsden County Sheriff's Office SWAT team.

McMillan was a federal fugitive wanted by the U.S Marshals for a federal probation violation and three outstanding warrants for child molestation charges.
