TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL)-- A man was found fatally wounded on Keith Street Saturday Morning after sounds of gunfire were reported in the area.
According to the Tallahassee Police Department, the man now identified as Devaris Bass, was suffering from a gunshot wound when they and other emergency personnel arrived on the scene.
After arriving TPD immediately started investigating the area gathering evidence and looking for possible suspects. Currently, the Violent Crimes and Forensic Units are processing all known evidence and interviewing witnesses.
After transporting Bass to a local hospital, he was pronounced dead, the Police Department says.
