Tallahassee (WTXL) -- Once again, the City of Tallahassee is gearing up for its summer youth employment program known as the Tallahassee Future Leaders Academy (TFLA). Back for a third year, the program will continue to seek involvement from the local business community in an effort to employ Tallahassee's youth.
