TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- Visit Tallahassee's T.O.U.R. Guide Program is back again for the month of June, offering free admission to some area attractions.

T.O.U.R. stands for Tourism is Our Ultimate Resource. The idea behind it is getting residents re-familiarized with local attractions, then T.O.U.R. Guides for visiting family and friends.

This Saturday, the Florida Historic Capitol Museum and St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge are offering free admission and special events and exhibits.

Lauren Pace, Leon County Tourism, and  Robin M. Will, Supervisory Refuge Ranger at St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge, joined us on WTXL Midday to talk about the program and upcoming events. Click the thumbnail to watch the interview.

You can take part at the Florida Historic Capitol Museum on Saturday, June 20 from 10 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Bingo will be offered all day, and they're  showing clips from the Created Equal film series at 11:00 a.m., noon, 1 p.m., and 2 p.m.

St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge is taking part Saturday from sunrise to sunset. Special programs include St. Marks NWR Photo Club leading photography safaris, a watercolor class and a Wildlife Scavenger Hunt.
