MIDWAY, FL - Love is in the air this February!

WTXL ABC 27 is exploring what it's like to find love in the 21st Century.

Christine Souders shows what the climate is like for those searching for modern love in their 20's and 30's.

If you haven't found it, you may be looking in all the wrong places.

As the saying goes a picture is worth a thousand words.

"The way that he looks at her, the way he touches her. You can tell pretty early on certain things about couples, like how close they are," said Bryan Honhart, owner of Black & Hue Photography.

Photographers Bryan and Kelly Honhart are the owners of Black & Hue Photography.

They have an eye for taking pictures during some of the most important part of people's lives.

The husband and wife duo have photographed hundreds of couples who say they've found love.

"I feel like I'm almost trespassing sometimes because you are there for intimate moments," said Bryan Honhart.

Like Kelly and Joe Gardner who first met shortly after finishing their undergrad at Florida State University.

They say love found them, and of all places at a bar.

"My friend's ex-girlfriend at the time just wanted to hang out and she didn't want to come hang out by herself, so he brought a friend and that was Kelly. I saw her siting at the bar and went up to her," said Joe Gardner.

"There was this guy talking to me. You know how you can't get away, but you don't want to be mean, so Joe was like Oh Hey Kelly, even though he didn't know me, He pretended to, to save me," said Kelly Gardner.

Smooth move right?

That night they talked for hours and never really stopped.

Six years later, they're now married with a dog named Oscar.

In a clip from Sex in the City, the girls are talking about a dating application Carrie Bradshaw got int he mail.

"Don't let your soulmate slip away. I know it's almost a threat. Like we have him, he's just waiting for you, but he's slipping, slipping away, Oh there he goes," said Bradshaw.

My have the times changed since dating "ads"... now you have online dating and apps.

You could say that's how Annelise and Kenny Collette met, well sort of.

"I was interested in joining a band, so we met through Facebook. As soon as I heard his music and saw him, he's so cute, I have to get to know him, that was it for me," said Annelise Collette.

After a year of dating bliss. they woke up one morning and said why wait?

"We should just get married because this is kind of fun," said Kenny Collette.

The search for love can often seem a little blurry, but once you focus, you get a clear picture of what it is exactly you're looking for.

But find "the one" isn't always picture perfect.

You may have to kiss a few frogs before finding Prince Charming.

"Don't even date in college, that would be my advice," said Kelly Gardner.

I asked "the" question, how do you know when you find the one?

"It's just, you just know when it's right. It's the only thing I didn't have to question," said Annelise Collette.

If you haven't been lucky in love this far, we're told there is hope.

"When it happens, i's going to be quick," said Kelly Gardner.

"3 years ago. I didn't think I'd be married." said Kenny Collette.

"Me either, I was on Tinder," said Annelise Collette.
